All Orders placed on www.HELMsupplies.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped out within 1-4 business days. Excluding major holidays and Weekends.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
Once an order is in the allocation and processing stage, orders cannot be canceled.
Orders refused or returned as undeliverable when sent to the address provided by the customer, will result in a 35% restocking fee.

All Discounted/Sale Items and items purchased using a discount code are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. (Including all Holiday sales such as Black Friday, etc)

For non-continental US states and International surfboard orders please send us an email at info@helmsupplies.com to coordinate the best shipping option for you.
For International orders, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees if incurred by the destination country.
Helm Supplies will not be responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charges, under any circumstances.

Due to size restrictions of freight forwarders, when two or more boards are ordered together, they will ship separately - one at a time.

SURFBOARDS - PICK UP OPTION

"Pick-Up" option is available at our warehouse in Torrance, CA, for ***Surfboards only.
All other products are NOT available for pickup. Our warehouse is specifically set up for logistics and is NOT a retail location.
At checkout, select the "Pick-Up" option when choosing your delivery method.
